Pinch resistant garage door CKM-300

The sectional doors CKM-300 series are made of three-ply "sandwich panel" construction. Their structure consists of steel sheets and high density polyurethane, injected in between. The polyurethane foam builds a barrier against extreme temperatures and preserves the thermal energy.

There is a rubber gasket on all four sides of the doors. It protects the doors from dampness and prolongs their life. The doors are produced of galvanized steel with subsequent two-stage anti-rust treatment. Due to their structure the sectional doors are:

There are safety measures in the sections design, as well. When opening and closing there is no free space between the separate sections thus protecting the fingers from injury.

Besides this there are CE tracks (wall cover) at both sides of the door to cover the space between the vertical tracks and the wall , thus the finger can not be inserted in and be protected from injury too.

To make the doors safe enough, we also offer the spring break safety device which will stop the door to falling down when the spring is break.

With new type of aluminum hinge, rubber tube and roller, the door feathers silent and smooth running.

Above all, the door can be made according to the customer size. There are one piece hinge installation steel plates at both ends of the panel, with that the panel can be cut to meet the real size of the door without worry about the hinge's installation.
