Description
1. Introduction:
This crusher can crush cotton stalk, Jowar stalk, soybean stalk and small tree branch into materials of 5-10 cm, and crushed materials can be used for producing combustible gas, paper making and charcoal making with capacity of 1-3 MT/hour, and dry or wet raw materials are all ok.
2. Raw materials:
Maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo saw dust, bagasse, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, strawdust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks etc.
3. Principle of Operation:
The Crusher Machine for Wood Chips(wood chip grinder) has twin-propose of crash and crush by high-speed gas flow and blades, and dasigned to complete the separation of micro materials and operation.
In the process of cutting, the rotor will produce high-speed airflow and rotate following blades, the material will accelerate in the airflow and be crashed repeatedly at the same time, accelerate the rate of material crushed.
